Viewing the Proof Gallery

Just click on any of the images below to see the image larger.

To see images from one of our weddings or portrait sessions, visit our Proof and Ordering Gallery. You can either enter the name associated with the wedding or portraits (Bride and Groom first names for wedding) where the RED OVAL is -- or you may click on the category link (YELLOW OVAL) to select from a list of events/sessions.

If you choose the list view, click on the event name that you wish to view. You'll then see the login screen. The first field (green oval) will be for the event password. You can contact the Bride and Groom, or the person/family in the portraits for the password.

Passwords are typically in the following format:

Wedding: Groom's last name and two digit month of wedding: Smith05
Portraits: Subject's last name and two digit month of session: Jones03

You will need to enter your email address (RED OVAL) -- this is to help insure the privacy of our clients. Your email will only be used by our firm (via the InstaProofs online gallery), and will not be sold or shared with anyone else. You may receive occasional mailings from us/InstaProofs about specials or deadlines associated with the online gallery you are about to view. You can opt out of the mailing by clicking the link at the bottom of any of these emails.

Once you enter this information and click the button, you'll go to the front page of the gallery. From there you can click on any of the Sub-folders to see the images. You can also click on the "Slide show link" next to the folder name to see that folder's images in a nice slide show

Just click on any thumbnail image to go to the order screen. Don't worry, you don't have to order!

Here's the order screen. You can see a tutorial on making a favorites folder (RED OVAL) here. If you would like to order a print, you'll see a thumbnail of the image in its regular form (usually in color), as well as in BW and in Sepia Tone.

To see the image larger, click on the Large or Zoom (in the GREEN OVAL).

To order a print of the image use the pull down menu next to the color style you want the print in (in the YELLOW OVAL). Then click the Add to Cart (in the BLUE OVAL).

Here's the order confirmation screen. To continue shopping/viewing images, click the "Continue" button (RED OVAL), or to place your order click on the "COMPLETE" button (BLUE OVAL)
